My Birthday Friend...

... has a worldwide reputation for enjoying his sweets.
In honor of his B-Day I made him a Rum Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting.
It only took me 2 tries (and two trips to Basha's).


I think he enjoys sneaking up on his prey before the pounce.

I will spare you all the "post-kill" carnage.

Happy Birthday Keith, I'll try to do better on the cake next year.
